Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Motivasi Kerja (2) Kompensasi; (3) Kinerja Karyawan; dan (4) Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Al-Baik Supermarket, Kota Tanjungpinang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode verifikasi. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Supermarket Al-Baik Kota Tanjungpinang dengan sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa motivasi kerja di Al-Baik Supermarket Kota Tanjungpinang bagus, kompensasi di Supermarket Al-Baik, Kota Tanjungpinang juga bagus, kinerja pegawai di Supermarket Al-Baik, Kota Tanjungpinang saat ini sudah dinilai baik, namun perlu diperhatikan kemampuan mereka untuk melakukan penjualan sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan. Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) secara simultan dan parsial. Namun, kompensasi dominan parsial mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan Supermarket Al-Baik Kota Tanjungpinang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian, pengaruh total seluruh variabel bebas yaitu Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Kompensasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,850 atau 85% dan faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dan turut berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,15 atau 15%.
