Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kinerja pegawai di Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, dengan fokus pada kepemimpinan, kepribadian, dan pemberdayaan. Beberapa pegawai mengalami kesulitan berkomunikasi dengan pimpinan, merasa canggung dan takut menyampaikan ide. Temuan awal menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja yang tinggi berdampak negatif pada pengendalian emosi dan kepribadian pegawai, sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya fleksibilitas. Kekakuan ini memperpanjang kesalahpahaman terkait tugas dan berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari kepemimpinan situasional, kepribadian, dan pemberdayaan pegawai terhadap kepuasan kerja di badan tersebut. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dari seluruh responden dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS, dan hasilnya disajikan dalam tabel untuk memudahkan analisis.Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan koefisien jalur 3,370 > T-tabel = 1,982 dan nilai p sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Kepribadian juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan koefisien jalur 7,350 > T-tabel = 1,982 dan nilai p sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Selain itu, pemberdayaan pegawai menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan koefisien jalur 2,559 > T-tabel = 1,982 dan nilai p sebesar 0,011 < 0,05. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa peningkatan kepemimpinan situasional, kepribadian, dan pemberdayaan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di kalangan pegawai di badan tersebut.
