Abstract

Tujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak keuangan perusahaan dan arus kas yang transparan dari berbagai literatur dan penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini diterapkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif oleh peneliti. Metode kualitatif pada dasarnya adalah teknik penelitian eksplorasi yang digunakan untuk menyelidiki penyebab, sudut pandang, dan pendapat untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Karena tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak Keuangan Perusahaan terhadap Arus Kas Transparan dari berbagai literatur dan penelitian sebelumnya, maka pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dipilih dengan tepat. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini akan dilakukan dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Peneliti mengumpulkan data primer untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian melalui tinjauan karya ilmiah, jurnal, buku, situs web, dan blog yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Implementasi keuangan dan arus kas perusahaan beragam dan luas, sudah ada dengan berbagai objek dalam penelitian dari berbagai negara dan dalam berbagai hasil penelitian. Manajemen arus kas yang efisien memerlukan pemantauan kas masuk dan keluar untuk memastikan bahwa perusahaan memiliki dana yang cukup untuk memenuhi komitmen keuangannya. Arus kas dari aktivitas operasi, arus kas dari aktivitas investasi, dan arus kas dari aktivitas pendanaan merupakan prediktor signifikan dari tingkat kinerja keuangan di antara perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Nairobi.
