Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kelayakan pengembangan prototype Sistem Informasi Early Warning (SIEW) berbasis data satelit untuk petani Indonesia melalui analisis SWOT, dengan studi kasus pada Agritech PT XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis SWOT dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, mengacu pada kerangka Ali (2025) tentang SWOT Analysis and SO, ST, WO, and WT Strategies. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur sistematis, observasi teknis prototype PT XYZ hingga TKT 6, wawancara dengan tim pengembang, serta Focus Group Discussion bersama 20 pemangku kepentingan. Hasil analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi kekuatan utama PT XYZ pada integrasi data satelit multi-sumber dan pendekatan Human-Centered Design (Renwarin et al., 2024). Kelemahan terletak pada keterbatasan infrastruktur digital petani binaan. Peluang pasar signifikan dari program digitalisasi pertanian pemerintah, sementara ancaman utama berasal dari kompetitor agritech lain dan kesenjangan literasi digital petani. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada penerapan analisis SWOT komprehensif untuk produk teknologi pertanian yang dikembangkan korporasi agritech di Indonesia.
